In the other cause number the court sentenced Tapia to 365 days in the Bexar County Jail under the applicable county statute and noted the judgment in that cause will be shown satisfied. The court confirmed Tapia had reviewed admonishments, plea paperwork and waiver of appeal with counsel and found her pleas to be knowing and voluntary.
The court also recommended the therapeutic community for treatment where appropriate and set any additional administrative requirements laid out in the plea paperwork.
