The staff report noted this was the second reading; the first reading occurred at the prior meeting. - Approval of a resolution authorizing the city administrator to represent the City for Phase 6 of the sanitary sewer rehabilitation project. - Approval of employment resolutions for unrepresented labor groups (confidential; professional/technical/supervisory; recreation/childcare units) for the period July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029.
The vice mayor moved the consent calendar; Council Member Paul Munier seconded. The consent calendar passed unanimously on voice votes.
Separately, Council approved the first reading of Ordinance 785NS (PG&E retrofit loan for LED lighting) and authorized the city administrator to execute related agreements; that motion also passed unanimously.
