Prattville HPC discusses rescheduling November/December meetings; staff suggests early-to-mid December options

The Prattville Historic Preservation Commission on Oct. 24, 2024, discussed rescheduling its November and December meetings because the regular fourth-Thursday dates conflict with Thanksgiving and the week after Christmas. The commission agreed to tentatively set a second-Thursday December meeting for the current calendar and to pre-set a combined November/December meeting date for 2025; staff recorded 12/11/2025 as the rescheduled combined date for 2025 on the commission's calendar.

Staff will follow up with formal published dates, confirm venue availability and the precise submission deadline, and adjust advertisement deadlines as needed.
