Board votes to apply for high-quality campus designation for several new Harmony campuses

Miss Wagner presented the request and listed the campuses proposed for designation: Harmony Science Academy Georgetown and HSA Leander (Central Texas district); HSA Bridgeland and HSA City Place (Houston North district); and HSI Odessa (West Texas district). Wagner said the designation permits the charter to replicate programs at new campuses under an existing high-quality campus and may make those campuses eligible for future grant opportunities; she said the state agency (referred to in the record as "TA") has not yet released grant details but may do so in December.
A board member moved to approve the resolutions; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
