The Bridgeton City Council on Oct. 1 approved multiple contracts and resolutions, including a $227,915 contract to renovate the concession stand at the Bridgeton Municipal Athletic Complex and an amendment to the city's communications and care services agreement with St. Louis County.
The council voted unanimously, 8-0, to authorize a contract with John Knoll Construction for concession-stand renovations, adopting ordinance 25-34. Council member Hood moved the ordinance and council member Suttell seconded; the clerk recorded eight ayes.
Council members also approved bill 65-12, adopting ordinance 25-35 to amend the communications agreement with St. Louis County to extend the contract term and adjust payment rates. Council member Luke moved the measure and council member Luther seconded; the roll-call vote was 8-0.
