A motion was made and seconded to approve the contract with the amendment that a copy of the contractor's public-works license be attached as Exhibit A; the motion carried by voice vote. Staff said they will prepare the amendment this afternoon and bring the corrected document for signature.
Commissioners thanked staff (Arnie) for negotiating the contract and noted staff verification of the contractor in the licensing database. The meeting record shows the agreement will be approved subject to the amendment that the license copy be attached as an exhibit before work begins.
