County approves owner's agreement with Epcon for South Old State Road improvements tied to Evans Farm

Lee Bodnar of the Delaware County Engineer's Office briefed the board on Nov. 3 about an owner's agreement with Epcon for new roadway construction off South Old State Road, just south of Avonlea Drive in Orange Township, across from Sunglow Drive.

Bodnar said the owner's agreement covers intersection work that will include left- and right-turn lanes and traffic signalization and will be constructed next summer. The agreement is also associated with roadway construction and drainage improvements in the courtyards of Evans Farm, a multi'phase development within the Evans Farm community. Engineer'office staff recommended approval; the board voted to approve resolution 25-915.

Commissioners recorded approval by roll-call vote. The Engineer's Office will coordinate timing and specifics of the roadway and drainage work with the developer under the terms of the owner's agreement.
