Commissioners voted to accept the Delaware County Sheriff's transport report for October 2025 and reelect Sheriff Balzer while appointing Laura Hatcher to the Delaware County Volunteer Peace Officers Dependents Fund Board. The board also approved a facility-use permit for the Emergency Management Association of Ohio to use two meeting rooms for a spring conference, at a flat fee of $25.
The board authorized a second amendment to the 2023 Local Agricultural Easement Purchase Program cooperative agreement with the Ohio Department of Agriculture to extend the agreement into the state's current biennium to facilitate closing remaining easement work from the 2023 funding round.
