The Salisbury City Council voted Oct. 6 to award a contract for structural repairs to the pedestrian bridge between the amphitheater and Lot 16.
Procurement reported the solicitation (ITB26-106, Lot 16 pedestrian bridge repairs) was publicly posted and the city received seven bids; five were responsive. The Department of Procurement recommended the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Bay Coastal Contracting LLC, for a total award of $117,417 charged to the budgeted general ledger accounts shown in the council packet. Council approved the award by voice vote.
