2) Grant contract amendment for Affordable Housing Resources (Round 4). Staff recommended approval of an extension and scope change to address clouded title and tax-delinquent parcels. The commission moved, seconded and approved the combined amendment by voice vote; no roll-call tally was recorded in the transcript.
Staff noted previously approved combined contract extensions and scope changes in past rounds and will monitor the grantee’s progress resolving title issues.
