Chief Bailey, the city’s fire chief, told the committee the proposed ILA contains mostly editorial clarifications and no substantive changes to the Consortium’s cost formula or Snoqualmie’s budgeted financial obligations. "We've been really pleased with the results," Chief Bailey said, describing the Consortium as the city’s primary source for mandatory and specialty firefighter training since 2019.
