Lafayette City approves four project completions, housing budget increases, fuel-hedge resolution and $6.24M in claims

Lafayette City on June 23 approved routine administrative items including four certificates of completion for public works projects, a resolution to participate in the Indiana Bond Bank fuel-hedge program for 2026, budget increases for two Lafayette Housing Authority homes on Powder House Lane, substantial and final completion for a Lafayette Renew wastewater project, and claims totaling $6,239,858.79.

City Engineer Jeremy Renard told the board the city had reached final completion on four projects and recommended issuance of certificates to Dixon Construction. "This morning, we have 4 certificates of completion. For each of these, we reached final completion. Work has passed all inspections," Renard said.
