A motion to excuse Councilmember Robertson for personal reasons was made, seconded and passed by unanimous consent early in the meeting. Later, a motion to approve the consent calendar was moved and seconded; the clerk conducted a roll‑call vote and the motion passed 6–0. The council recorded the following votes on the consent calendar: Mayor Christopher Roberts — Aye; Councilmember Povey — Aye; Deputy Mayor Mark — Aye; Councilmember Ademasu — Aye; Councilmember Scully — Aye; Councilmember Ramstel/Ramsdale — Aye. The council noted that several substantive items (including the property‑tax ordinance and the mid‑biennial budget amendment) remain under public hearing and will return for final action at a later meeting.
