County signs agreement with state to begin Clean Building Performance Standard upgrades

The agreement establishes terms for Enterprise Services to act as a go-between for county clients and contractors. Staff said the first amendment (not before the board at this work session) would fund design services to 60% and cost approximately $65,535; signing the base agreement has no immediate budget impact. Planned scope items include LED lighting retrofits and replacement of a heat-pump boiler.
Commissioners indicated no questions and asked staff to place the agreement on the regular meeting agenda for signature so subsequent amendments and design work can proceed.
