Board approves property purchase and labor MOUs; consent agenda carries

County staff said the MCMCO negotiation addressed longevity steps, flexible benefits and overtime for disaster response outside declared emergencies.
Why it matters: The property purchase secures land for local health-service capacity and the labor agreements maintain workforce stability before the contract expiration date; the unanimous votes reflect clear board support for implementing previously negotiated agreements and for enabling the North County HHS project to proceed.
