Councilperson Jones moved to approve the second reading of Ordinance 1173 and the motion was seconded. On a roll call the council voted unanimously to adopt the second reading.
Under the city’s process, a second reading completes the council’s formal action on the ordinance unless additional readings or post‑adoption steps are required by city code. The ordinance amends the Waverly zoning map to show the parcel as R‑3 as provided by the adopted text.
