A marketing representative who identified herself as Irina said the business has been open since 2021 and described it as a brewing company with on-site restaurant service.
A committee member advised the applicant that the example signs shown in the presentation were not closely similar enough to the proposed design and recommended bringing closer comparables on subsequent presentations.
