Chickasha to rebid irrigation repairs at Shea Sports Complex after bidder irregularities

Windsman said staff had contacted the bidders and recommended reopening the bid to ensure all proposals are "apples to apples."

The motion to reject all bids and re-advertise the work passed by roll call. Council did not change project specifications in open session; staff said the rebid would require bidders to follow the required procedures and documentation steps when submitting proposals.
