Rick elected vice chair of Carbondale Bike, Ped and Trails Commission

Commissioners nominated and unanimously approved Rick as vice chair during the November meeting. The chair formally nominated Rick and he accepted; the commission voted by show of hands with no recorded opposition.

The chair noted she will be traveling and absent from meetings between November and April and thanked Rick for agreeing to step in. Commissioners congratulated Rick and discussed that he would help lead wayfinding and outreach efforts while the chair is absent.

No formal recorded roll‑call vote was entered into the minutes beyond the show‑of‑hands approval.
