• Local Transportation Commission, FTA Section 5311 grant: Motion to approve an agreement with Caltrans Division of Rail and Mass Transportation for FTA Section 5311 operating assistance for Mariposa County Transit ($172,721). Mover: Commissioner Smolkin. Second: Commissioner Poe. Vote: unanimous.
• Water Agency Advisory Board: Motion to accept resignations of Mike Gunther (District 2) and John McCammon (District 5) and recognize their service. Mover: Commissioner Smolkin. Second: Commissioner Miles. Vote: unanimous.
• Water Agency Advisory Board: Motion to reappoint Walt “Sonny” Palmer to WAAB District 3 with a term expiring 04/26/2028. Mover: Commissioner Toso. Second: Commissioner Kaiser. Vote: unanimous.
• Proclamations: Board adopted the World Polio Day proclamation (mover Supervisor Kaiser; second Supervisor Manatray on behalf of Supervisor Toso). Vote: 5–0.
