RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif. — On Oct. 20, 2025, Riverside County Planning Director John Hildebrand, acting as hearing officer, approved tentative parcel map 38358, allowing a roughly 10.28-gross-acre property in the Mead Valley area to be subdivided into two parcels, and approved two consent-calendar items. Hildebrand also continued a separate agenda item to the Nov. 10 director's hearing.
Blanca Bernardino, project planner, told the hearing that "The project site is located in the First District within the Mead Valley area plan." Bernardino said the site is zoned rural residential and is surrounded by rural-community very-low-density residential and rural-residential land uses. Staff described the existing conditions…
