The board appointed Joanna Garnu, Supervisor Mimi Hall (as an at‑large member), Casey Nunn and Cindy Hogg to the Plumas County First 5 Commission and accepted the resignation of Brenda Potiti upon her retirement; one board member abstained from a vote where they were a nominee. The board also approved an item authorizing the director of environmental health to assign an overnight vehicle to an environmental health inspector under the county overnight vehicle assignment policy for reasons of efficiency, economy and safety.
These items were approved by vote or general consent during the morning session; no separate public hearings were required.
