The board reviewed written reports submitted by staff members (Mister Drake, Mister Seiler and Mister Boer) with no substantive discussion recorded. Clerk Sue reminded the board that it must set a site time at the next meeting for an executive session to conduct a performance evaluation; members acknowledged that reminder and said they would set aside time during the December meeting.
A commissioner reported drafting a procedures manual for park commissioners to document recurring motions, duties and processes and proposed a work session after the new year to review and refine the draft with staff input. The board agreed that this would be scheduled after the holidays; no formal action was taken at the Nov. 3 meeting.
The meeting adjourned after a motion and second; the board voted by voice to adjourn.
