• Master Plan future land use map corrections — Approved. Motion by Commissioner Weber, seconded by Commissioner Singh. Vote: 8–0 in favor. Action: Adopt draft No. 7 of the corrected map to amend legend numbering and reclassify the Geshe Wedogne parcel as park.
• Rezoning request (065‑RZ‑8783) — Denied (recommendation). Motion by Commissioner Watkins, seconded by Commissioner Singh. Vote: 8–0 to recommend denial of rezoning 47453 Ford Road (parcel 065‑99‑0007‑702) from RR to C‑3. Staff cited inconsistency with the master plan and the condition tied to SEMCOG’s road-safety audit.
• A to Z Galleria special land use (141‑SLU‑8756) — Postponed. Motion by Commissioner Watkins, seconded by Commissioner Singh. Vote: 8–0 to postpone pending revised materials and agency traffic-study review.
• Nonconforming contiguous lots (060‑ZCC‑8810) — Approved. Motion by Commissioner Egenberger, seconded by Commissioner Janowski. Vote: 8–0 to allow two contiguous nonconforming parcels on Willard Drive to be used as separate residential lots, with conditions that both parcels have public water/sewer and meet R‑5 setbacks.
• Zoning Ordinance and administrative items — Public hearings set / schedule approved: commissioners opened and closed a public hearing on a ZBA membership text amendment; set a public hearing for proposed religious land-use amendments (sections listed in staff packet); and approved the 2026 planning commission meeting schedule.
