Council minutes list multiple resolutions and two ordinances as adopted
Summary

- Resolution R51-2025: Professional services agreement regarding Brownfields remediation (second reading, adopted; the minutes note that Mrs. Westfall's vote was later changed but the resolution continued to be adopted). - Resolution R56-2025: Professional services agreement with Trimble Inc. for computer services (first reading, adopted). - Resolution R57-2025: Various opioid settlement agreements (first reading, adopted). - Resolution R58-2025: Increased authorization for fleet maintenance contract year 2025 (first reading, adopted). - Resolution R59-2025: Agreement with Miami County General Health District for health services (first reading, adopted). - Resolution R60-2025: Implementation of cybersecurity plan (first reading, adopted). - Resolution R61-2025: Speed limit analysis of Swales Road (first reading, adopted). - Ordinance O27-2025: Final plat reserves at Cliff Oaks Subdivision (first reading, adopted). - Ordinance O28-2025: Final plat, Chilizgarra Residence Subdivision and dedication of right of way (first reading, adopted).
The clerk's readout indicated these items were part of the Oct. 20 minutes and reported their reading status and adoption. The Nov. 3 council did not open debate on or take additional roll-call votes for these items during the portion of the meeting that appears in the transcript; they were reported as adopted per the minutes summary.
