Whitestown RDC member Kevin Russell announces forthcoming move; suggests Jennifer Nats to fill seat

At the Nov. 3 meeting Kevin Russell said he expects to move out of town within the next year and will not continue to serve on the Whitestown Redevelopment Commission beyond the current term. Russell said he had discussed his plans with the council president and asked commissioners to support Jennifer Nats as his successor.
Jennifer Nats introduced herself at Russell’s request and described her local ties and experience: she said she has lived in the Whitestown–Zionsville area about 28 years, serves as president of Eagle’s Nest Section 10 homeowners association, has worked in utilities and accounting, and currently is a chief financial officer for a commercial interior-design company. Russell asked the commission to support her appointment when council president Dan (surname not specified) makes the official selection in the December appointments process.
Chair Mark Pasquerella thanked Russell for his service and noted that annual appointments are handled by the council president. The commission recorded the announcement; no formal resignation or appointment was taken at the meeting.
