Anchorage planning commission backs 2026 capital improvement budget, urges community engagement on funding

The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended the Anchorage Assembly approve the proposed 2026 Capital Improvement Budget and the 2026–31 Capital Improvement Program during its Nov. 3 meeting.
