- O2583: Waiver of certain subdivision half-street requirements for property at 1800 Van Pelt Street was considered and adopted after council discussion of maintenance obligations should the city accept any dedicated street.
- O2584: Rezoning to recognize an expansion of an existing metal recycling operation on West Bethany Street was adopted; staff said the operation had expanded into land mapped as conservation and sought the rezoning to regularize that expansion.
Most items were handled by suspension of readings and adopted by voice roll-call votes. Several council members asked that consent agenda items be pulled for discussion as needed; council members also discussed consent-agenda practices.
