Staff described partner programs (MetroPlan, FHWA Surface Transportation Block Grant, TAP, and other federal and state sources) and encouraged board members to use the public projects dashboard on the city website to track status and funding for each project.
Ending: Staff offered to circulate the full project spreadsheets and a link to the interactive dashboard to board members and requested that residents recognize public‑works staff work behind the scenes on design, right‑of‑way and construction oversight. No action was required at the meeting.
