The Owasso Public Golf Authority approved a fiscal year 2025–26 budget amendment to reappropriate $199,450 in carryover funds into the OPGA fund at a brief, procedural meeting.
Staff member Novozinski said the item was a companion to carryover items approved earlier by the city council and OPWA trustees and recommended the board approve increasing the appropriation for expenditures by $199,450 in the OPGA fund. No attendees signed up for public comment, and trustees moved and seconded the motion without discussion.
A roll-call vote was taken and trustees recorded affirmative votes; the record shows votes of “yes” from the trustees identified in the meeting transcript as Bofford, Walter and Levy. The meeting minutes show no substitute motions, amendments or conditions attached to the approval.
Following the vote, the authority heard no reports from the OPGA manager or OPGA attorney and moved to adjourn.
The action moves previously unspent funds from the fiscal year 2024–25 budget into the 2025–26 spending plan; staff described the amendment as a reappropriation of carryover funds but did not provide a further breakdown of the specific expenditures to which the funds will be assigned.
