Staff explained the parcel will be divided into three lots with access from 22nd Street and Kansas Street; the property is zoned I‑1 (light industrial) and the associated conditional use permit for a proposed medical clinic had previously been approved by the commission and City Council. City staff recommended the commission recommend approval to the City Council.
Commissioner Craig moved to recommend approval of the final plat; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Joe and carried 7–0. The commission’s recommendation will be transmitted to the City Council for final action.
