"At our last meeting on October 16, the assistant fire chief Michael Owens made a presentation to the EAB presenting the need for a facility to house the public safety training center. And as a result of his presentation, a motion was made at the meeting to recommend that the commission support a partnership between the city and Broward County School District to find a location for the public safety training facility," Guelteri said.
