After returning from executive session concerning stadium economic-development matters and the city administrator’s personnel review, the City Council on Nov. 3 voted to authorize the city administrator to execute Change Order No. 3 related to the stadium project.

Council Member Matney moved to authorize the change order; the motion was seconded and approved by a recorded voice tally the chair summarized as 6–0. The council clerk noted that Council Member Craylen had left the meeting early and was not present for the vote. Council reported no formal votes or decisions were taken while in executive session.

Council did not discuss the detailed contents of the change order in open session during the roll-call vote recorded in the minutes presented at the meeting; staff will execute the change order per the council authorization.
