West Bend Plan Commission approves multiple CSMs, Parrish site plan and Lakewood Farms final plat; one abstention recorded

The Plan Commission of the City of West Bend on Nov. 4 approved a series of certified survey maps (CSMs), a site plan and a subdivision final plat, most by unanimous voice vote on motions brought during the meeting.

Staff introduced six extraterritorial CSMs in the Town of Trenton and surrounding areas that would create single-family lots and dedicate or reserve right-of-way for future road expansion. Jim, a city planning staff member, told commissioners the CSMs generally dedicate a minimum 33 feet of right-of-way with a 17-foot reservation that the city may acquire later, and that the parcels are identified as residential in the comprehensive plan. Several parcels are outside the city's current sewer service area.
