Pine Valley Subcommittee approves agenda and minutes, elects chair and vice chair

The Pine Valley Subcommittee approved the meeting agenda, verification of posting and the minutes of Aug. 18 by voice vote early in the session.
Nominations were then opened for officers. A member nominated Sandy Kramer for chair; the nomination was seconded and Kramer was elected by voice vote. Members then nominated Mark Cooley for vice chair; he was confirmed and introduced as vice chair of the Pine Valley Subcommittee.
Following administration reports and discussion, a motion to adjourn was made and the committee voted by voice to adjourn.
