Commission hears schedule for fall–winter events and park project timelines, including Veterans Day and Miracle on Court Street

On construction timelines, staff said Gutierrez Park ballfield was moving to construction with funding from a county supervisor and that timing may push a ribbon-cutting into late 2025 or 2026 depending on construction completion and inspection windows. Nicholson Park’s work was described as requiring power-line and electrical work that may delay its ribbon-cutting until 2026.
