Councilmembers asked clarifying questions about the reasoning behind the request and staff answers; following discussion Councilmember Rhett Butler moved to approve Resolution 2025-72 and Councilmember Heidi Hammond seconded. The council voted: Councilmember Hammond “Aye”, Councilmember Butler “Aye”, Councilmember Williams “Aye”, Councilmember Thomas “Aye”, and Councilmember Jenkins “Aye.” The motion carried.
The decision approves the requested deviation as presented; staff will note the resolution in development records for the property at 671 E Clover Gate Lane.
