DEDC renews five-year administrative services agreement with City of Dickinson

The Dickinson Economic Development Corporation voted to approve a five-year administrative services agreement with the City of Dickinson that had been included in the DEDC budget for $336,000.

David, the staff presenter, described the agreement as covering legal services, financial services, audit, payroll processing, human resources support, office space and equipment, telecommunications and related support functions. He said the agreement runs for a five-year period and that the expense was already approved in the DEDC budget.

A motion to approve was made and seconded; the board approved the agreement by voice vote. Board members did not propose changes to the agreement during the meeting.

The motion was presented as part of the meeting's new business and the board noted the amount had been planned for during the budget process, which the presenter said authorized the contract.
