Tipp City Council adopted a resolution on Nov. 3, 2025, to approve the city—s multi‑year capital improvement plan for 2026 through 2029.
City staff told council the plan was submitted Sept. 2, 2025, and council conducted a public hearing and workshop on Sept. 29 to review the five‑year plan. Mr. Mack summarized the prior outreach and study sessions and presented the resolution to formally adopt the plan.
No members of the public addressed the plan at the Nov. 3 hearing. A council member moved to sponsor the resolution and the council voted to adopt the plan on roll call. Vote recorded: Mrs. Pittenger — yes; Mr. Siegel — yes; President Huffman — yes; Mayor Rogers — yes; Mr. Insulin — yes; Mr. Kessler — yes; Mr. Liddy — yes. The resolution was filed as Resolution 33-25.
Staff will proceed with project scheduling and budgeting as laid out in the adopted plan.
