- Enter closed session pursuant to MCLA 15.268(8)(c) for negotiation strategy. Motion moved by Haika, supported by Pryor. Vote: 7 yes, 0 no. Board recessed to closed session at 8:35 p.m. and returned and adjourned at 10:22 p.m.
