District recognizes 33 students who earned maximum SC Ready scores

The South Carolina Public Charter School District recognized students who earned maximum scores on the 2025 SC Ready assessments at its Oct. 9 meeting.
Emily Baker announced that the district recorded 33 maximum scores across subject areas: nine in English language arts, five in science and 19 in math. She called students forward by school, presented certificates and district lapel pins and invited families to a student luncheon following the meeting. Staff said 28 of the 33 maximum‑score students were present for the recognition.
Superintendent Neely and Vice Chair Dexter Davis joined staff in congratulating students and school leaders. Baker said the results reflect student effort, school instructional practices and leadership in the district portfolio.
