Planner Amy Bennett presented Quiet Wood Addition No.2, a proposed final plat covering just over 80 acres and proposing 41 single‑family lots that range from roughly 12,000 to 24,000 square feet (median roughly 17,000 sq ft). Bennett said the site is zoned planned residential development (PRD) with low density and environmental corridor overlays and noted the plat is on the village’s schedule to participate in the 2026 Parade of Homes.
Bennett told the commission staff recommended approval to the Village Board subject to 18 staff conditions, three conditions from Waukesha County and additional county recommendations and state agency review as applicable. Commissioners asked about lot sizes, open space and testing schedules; no members of the public spoke on the plat.
A motion to recommend the Village Board approve the final plat passed unanimously. Bennett said the recommendation and the updated plat will move to the Village Board for final action.
