At its Nov. 4 meeting the Muskego City Planning Commission took the following formal actions:
• Approved minutes for Sept. 2 and Oct. 7, 2025 (voice vote) — motion passed unanimously.
• Approved procedural rules — motion passed unanimously.
• Approved consent calendar resolutions (PC050‑2025 through PC055‑2025) for certified survey maps for multiple properties (tax key numbers read aloud). These items were presented on the consent calendar and approved as read; specific votes were taken by voice at the meeting.
• Deferred Resolution PC037‑2025 (building site and operation amendment for RD Cycle at 16555 Janesville Road) to allow the applicant to provide requested detailed plans showing paver placement and donation‑bin location.
• Recommended approval of Resolution PC051‑2025 (rezoning two lots on Enterprise Drive to a planned development district to allow a 14‑foot rear setback waiver) to the Muskego City Common Council; the motion passed with three in favor and one abstention (Commissioner Bartlett declared a conflict because his firm is doing the work).
