Emmaus council approves Small Business Saturday vendor market at the Triangle on Nov. 29

The Emmaus Borough Council approved a vendor market proposed by Emmaus Main Street Partners for Small Business Saturday on Nov. 29, 2025. The market will take place at the Triangle from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; vendors will set up beginning at 9 a.m. The council was told the proposal intends to showcase roughly 10 vendors that do not have storefronts and to complement existing shops. No streets will be closed for the event.
Hayden, speaking for Emmaus Main Street Partners, described the event as an expansion of the organization’s annual Small Business Saturday marketing campaign and said the goal is to draw people into downtown and increase local spending. Councilmember Ladenburg moved to approve the proposal; Councilmember Anders seconded the motion. The council approved the item by voice vote with no opposed members stated.
The council referred a recurring Christmas Eve Triangle event proposed by Pastor Paul Mallozzi to staff for processing. No permits or street closures were requested for the Nov. 29 vendor market, according to the presentation.
