UN reports strikes on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure and continued humanitarian deliveries; 2025 plan 44% funded

The spokesperson added that from January to September UN humanitarian partners reached more than 4,000,000 people with at least one type of assistance, covering about 42% of people in need, and that more than 500 organizations provided support.
On financing, he said the 2025 humanitarian needs and response plan for Ukraine totals $2,600,000,000 and is funded at 44% with $1,500,000,000 so far.
