Pediatrician Pippa Coulter told council she provides gender‑affirming care in Eureka and moved here after her previous state criminalized certain trans‑health referrals; she told the council that professional medical organizations recommend evidence‑based gender‑affirming care and said a local resolution would support providers and patients in the county.
