City Manager Ken Filipiak briefed council on several operational and economic-development items. He said rooftop HVAC units were installed at the Recreation Center and that the mezzanine area and basketball courts would be closed Nov. 4 for fitness-center HVAC placement. The rear parking lot at the soccer center is scheduled for resurfacing Nov. 5 and will be closed during the work.
