Public Works presented the results of the bid opening for replacement of Farm Well No. 4, a well associated with the land-treatment system at the Pasco Water Reclamation Facility. The department received two valid bids. The apparent low bidder, Carpenter Drilling, submitted $382,025.40; the engineer's estimate was $429,000.
