Committee approves beer and wine license for Mountain Mike's Pizza at South Oneida address

The Public Works and Protection Committee approved a Class B beer and Class C wine license for Pizza 79 Inc., doing business as Mountain Mike's Pizza, to operate at 2308 South Oneida Street, Suite 100.

Chris, a staff member, told the committee, "Mountain Mike's Pizza is requesting the class b beer, class c wine license at 2308 South Oneida Street, Suite 100." Chris said the owner opened a Mountain Mike's location in Bellevue in March and that "he did state on the alcohol beverage license business plan that his brother was, like, an part I should say, like, an owner, but he is not," noting that partners must be disclosed.
