The Heartland Charter District board on Sept. 27, 2019, unanimously approved three agenda items following a closed session and then issued requests for further financial documentation.

Tony Miranda called the meeting to order at 5:16 p.m. and the board later recessed into closed session, which Kim Jones moved to end at 6:16 p.m.; Nicole Panero seconded and the motion passed unanimously.

After closed session the board considered and approved an amendment to the district office service agreement. Board member Jennifer Woodward moved to approve the amendment; board member Nicole Panero seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board then approved a vendor agreement on a motion by Nicole Panero with a second from Kim Jones, also unanimous. The board approved the appointment of a CAC representative on a motion by Jennifer Woodward, seconded by Nicole Panero; that motion likewise passed unanimously.
